Combine/ College Camp Prep

This program is specific to any collegiate or high school athlete preparing for a college camp or combine. The combine/camp prep program teaches the athletes training techniques to improve times and numbers in the 10, 20, 40, and 60 yard dash, pro shuttle, L-Drill, bench press, vertical jump, and broad jump. A combine/camp lift is also available to aid in the improvement of testing numbers and peak athletes for a specific day.
